• You may not use the Service to analyze websites you do not have permission to analyze.
• You may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the scope of its intended use or in a way that burdens our systems.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Billing: Paid services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated otherwise. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.

We and our licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights. This includes our branding, software, and the reports we generate. You own the content you submit for analysis, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FrontForge Solutions SRL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bucharest, Romania to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes, and by continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
