Accessibility at SiteScoreAI

The SiteScoreAI product UI targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the bar associated with the European Accessibility Act from 2025 onward. That is our design and testing target, not a legal certificate.

Keyboard users can skip chrome to the main content. Forms announce status changes. Interactive chrome is sized for 44px targets where the control is ours. Motion in the support chat respects prefers-reduced-motion.

Known limits

Some flows leave our pages. We cannot certify the accessibility of those third-party surfaces:

• Stripe Customer Portal for billing, invoices, and payment methods.
• Google and Facebook OAuth consent screens during sign-in and sign-up.

Customer-site audit reports include an Accessibility category from automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks (axe-core plus a target-size sample). Those scores are tool output, not a professional accessibility audit or legal certificate of the audited site.
